WHAT IS THE SORTIE?
Every August for over 20 years, more than 100 riders and their families have made the trip to Hok-Si-La Park on Lake Pepin. It's four days of riding, camping, and the kind of weekend you look forward to all year. Come see what keeps everyone coming back.

You get a wide open lake, buoy courses, double-ups behind the boat, and miles of freeride water.
Section B is reserved on the bluff overlooking Lake Pepin. You get fire rings, hot showers, and it's only $16 a night. Just show up.
There's a Kiwanis breakfast Saturday morning and a pig roast Saturday night. Every other night is campfires and cold ones.
Sponsors bring the goods — gear, parts, apparel, and at least one full jet ski all get raffled off Saturday night.
THE WEEKEND
DAY ONE
AUGUST 20
Show up whenever. Set up camp, get your ski in the water, crack a beer. That's it.
DAY TWO
AUGUST 21
It's a full day of open riding. The buoy course goes up and there's freeride all day. The whole crew hits the campfire after dark.
DAY THREE
AUGUST 22 // THE MAIN EVENT
There's a Kiwanis breakfast in the morning. Ride all day. The pig roast kicks off at sunset, followed by the big raffle. Someone's taking home a ski.

AUGUST 23
These are the last rides of the weekend. Get one more session in, then pack it up. See you next year.

WHO WE ARE
We're a crew of jet ski riders out of Minneapolis and the official AWA chapter for Minnesota and surrounding states. Standups, sit-downs, vintage, modern — it doesn't matter what you ride.
We ride together all summer, wrench on skis through the winter, and get together year-round for bonfires, road trips, and hangouts. Everything gets planned in the Facebook group — jump in and say hi.
We ride Lake Minnetonka, Lake Pepin, and wherever else looks good. Check the group for weekly ride spots.
No dues, no sign-up form. Just join the Facebook group and show up to a ride.

Lake City, Minnesota • On the bluffs of Lake Pepin
Hok-Si-La Park is on the river side of Highway 61, about one mile north of downtown Lake City. Look for the brown highway sign that says "Hok-Si-La Park." You can't miss it.
You can beach cart right from the campsite. A 3-lane boat launch is half a mile away for larger setups, and there's a sandy beach for swimming when you need a break from riding.
